"The Grid is the social living room of downtown Mesa Arizona.” The project consists of: 291 apartments constructed over 22,300 square feet of commercial space and an existing 600 space parking garage at the intersection of Pomeroy and Main Street E in Mesa, Arizona. The project is underway and scheduled for completion in early 2024. The estimated construction cost is $60 million.
